Sigma Energy Compressindo eyes IDR 62.1 billion in IPO

JAKARTA. PT Sigma Energy Compressindo Tbk (SICO) will launch its initial public offering (IPO) of 270 million shares, aiming to score fresh funds of IDR 62.1 billion.

The number of shares to be offered in its debut will be equal to 29.67% of the total issued and paid-up capital of SICO, as stated in the issued prospectus. Each share will have a face value of IDR 50 but will be offered for IDR 190-230 each.

Approximately 16% of the funds gained from this IPO will be used to cover its bank debts. Then, another 51% will be allocated to business expansion, while the remaining 33% will go to operational expenditures.

SICO has chosen PT NH Korindo Sekuritas Indoensia as the executive underwriter and underwriter. The bookbuilding will last from March 15 to 18, 2022, while the public offering is scheduled to take place from March 31 to April 5, 2022. The recording on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) will then follow on April 7, 2022.

As of September 30, 2021, SICO had total assets of IDR 70.74 billion. Throughout January-September (9M) 2021, the company, which is engaged in the oil and gas industry equipment lease, scored a net profit of IDR 6.84 billion. (KR/ZH)
