JAKARTA – PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS) is optimistic that the handover of The Parc South City Apartment in Tangerang will take place in July 2024 following the recent topping-off stage of one of the three apartment towers yesterday (22/3).
Donald Sihombing, President Director of Totalindo Eka Persada, claimed that the construction of the main structure of the said apartment tower would enter the finishing stage after the topping-off phase. “This step is crucial to the entire project since it kicked off on Octoberr 10, 2020,” he said in the press release quoted Wednesday (23/3).
According to Sihombing, his company had exerted full capability and expertise in each and every construction stage of this project. Should there be no more obstacles, the project, which is worth IDR 369.5 billion, will be handed over to PT Setiawan Dwi Tunggal on July 29, 2024.
“The company tries to give the best performance in completing the high-rise building project, such as The Parc South City,” Sihombing concluded. (LK/ZH)
