JAKARTA – Sutiadi Widjaja acquired another 17.43% of shares of PT Roda Vivatex Tbk (RDTX) for IDR 313.91 billion in a transaction earlier this week (21/3). Wiriady Widjaja, Corporate Secretary of Roda Vivatex, revealed the action in the information disclosure quoted Wednesday (23/3).
It was further mentioned that Sutiadi Widjaja obtained 46,852,500 shares for IDR 6,700 each. After this transaction, his portion rose to IDR 23.48%, now reaching 63,125,300 shares. In comparison, his portion was only 6.05% prior to this, only claiming 16,272,800 shares from the total listed shares of the company of 268.8 million on February 28, 2022.
Aside from Sutiadi Wisjaja, Turniady Widjaja, the owner of 1.45% of RDTX’s shares, also invested another IDR 143.07 billion by purchasing 21,354,800 shares for IDR 6,700 each. After the said transaction, Turniady’s portion is now 7.94% higher to 9.39%, equivalent to 22,265,700 shares.
Herrijanto Widjaja, Commissioner of RDTX also increased its ownership percentage by 1.07% or 2,866,500 shares, expending IDR 19.20 billion. His shares then jump from 0.5% to 1.57%.
As of February 28, 2022, RDTX’s shareholders include PT Geno Tatagraha of 37.72%, PT Geno Intiperkasa of 37.24%, and Sutiadi Widjaja of 6.05%. (LK/ZH)
