Protelindo acquires land from its subsidiary, spending IDR 3 billion

JAKARTA. PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) announced the purchase of land worth IDR 3 billion from one of its subsidiaries, PT Komet Infra Nusantara (KIN).

The said area is located in Karang Mulya, Tangerang. For the record, the sale and purchase agreement was signed on March 30, 2022.

“The assets sale and purchase transaction is intended to support operational activities of Protelindo,” Irfan Ghazali, Corporate Secretary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), clarified in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

According to idnfinancials.com data, KIN is 99.99% owned by Protelindo. Going back further, 99.99% of Protelindo is controlled by TOWR.

Protelindo is known to be recently granted a term facility of USD 20 million from JP Morgan Chase Bank, Jakarta Branch. The said facility will also be utilised to promote Protelindo’s business activities. (KR/ZH)
