JAKARTA – PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), the developer of Delta Mas industrial area, collected IDR 715 billion in net profit in 2021 as a result of an operating revenue of IDR 1.44 trillion.
In a press release quoted Friday (8/4), Tondy Suwanto, Director of Puradelta Lestari, revealed that the industrial segment dominated 81.9% of the total revenue, followed by the residential segment of 8.7%, commercial segment of 8.1%, hotel of 0.7%, and lease of 0.5%. “The industrial land sales to automotive sector and its derivaties as well as data centres became the supporting pillar of the operating income,” he mentioned in detail.
Additionally, DMAS also posted a gross profit of IDR 847 billion with a gross profit margin of 58.8%. Its operating profit clocked up to IDR 665 billion with an operating profit margin of 46.2%, while its profit before tax amounted to IDR 731 billion with a margin of 49.6%.
