JAKARTA. PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) announces its plan to distribute cash dividends of IDR 20 per share, equal to IDR 212 billion, cumulatively, which will be taken out of its net profit in 2021.
Paulina Suryanti, Corporate Secretary of DSNG, claimed that this plan had obtained agreement from the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held on Wednesday (20/4). In the said meeting, the shareholders also decided to allocate 29.2% of the company’s net profit in 2021 as cash dividends.
Cum dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to April 28, 2022, while the cum date in the cash market is on May 10, 2022. Lastly, the payment will be sent out on May 19, 2022.
According to idnfinancials.com data, DSNG recorded a net profit of IDR 727.15 billion in 2021. Then, the remaining net profit will be stored as retained earnings to reinforce its working capital and fund investments.
As of December 31, 2021, DSNG kept its unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 3.92 trillion, while posting total equity of IDR 7.03 trillion. (KR/ZH)
