JAKARTA. PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD), a financing company with total assets of IDR 3.58 trillion, recently succeeded to acquire a loan facility worth IDR 500 billion from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (BDMN).
Ahmad Khaetami, Corporate Secretary of BBLD, mentioned that the loan facility agreement was signed by the company and BDMN on Wednesday (20/4). This term loan is available for 48 months.
“The said facility will be utilised to cover the company’s operational expenditure, including distribution of consumer financing and finance lease. The guarantee is the company’s receivables,” Khaetami explained in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
Based on idnfinancials.com data, BBLD also obtained a loan facility earlier from PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (BCIC) worth IDR 200 billion. In January, the company also secured another facility of IDR 100 billion from PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP).
Throughout 2021, BBLD collected revenue of IDR 256.67 billion. Then, with the net profit margin of 11.18%, the company scored IDR 28.70 billion in net profit. (KR/ZH)
