JAKARTA – PT Puri Karya Bersama (PKB), a subsidiary of PT Puri Global Sukses Tbk (PURI), a property developer, secures a credit facility of IDR 100 billion from a syndicate of rural banks (lit. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat/BPR) to support the Monde City Apartment project in Batam.
In the information disclosure quoted Friday (22/4), Herwiwati, Corporate Secretary of Puri Global Sukses, revealed that the said revolving facility will be available for 12 months, starting yesterday (20/4) until April 20, 2023. “The credit disbursement will be based on the percentage of the progress of the apartment project, which will consist of four towers,” she explained.
The syndicated bank facility agreement mentions there will be administrative fees of IDR 1.03 billion, an interest of 10.50% per effective year, a late payment fine of 2% per month of the arrears, and a final payment penalty of 2% of outstanding debt.
The bank syndication comprises BPR Dana Nusantara, BPR Danamas Simpan Pinjam, BPR Dana Makmur, Perumda BPR Bintan, BPR Mega Mas Lestari, BPR Karimun Sejahtera, BPR Kepri Batam, BPR Dana Mitra Utama, BPR Dana Central Mulia, BPR Kepri Bintan, BPR Barelang Mandiri, BPR LSE Manggala, BPR Majesty Golden Raya, Kintamas Mitra Dana, BPR Kencana Graha, BPR Satya Mitra Andalan, BPR Dana Fanindo, and BPR Global Mentari. These banks are not affiliated with PURI.
The guarantee submitted for this facility is land in the name of PKB of 43,530 m2. (LK/ZH)
