JAKARTA – PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) rounded up its operating revenue, reaching IDR 2.03 trillion in Q1 2022. It was 21.43% higher than the gains in the same period in 2021 of IDR 1.67 trillion. The highest contributor of sales was the land, building and strata tile segment.
In the press release quoted Monday (9/5), Hermawan Wijaya, Director of Bumi Serpong Damai, revealed that the land, building and strate tile sales amounted to IDR 1.62 trillion, IDR 1.38 trillion of which came from land and building sales. “The land, building and strata tile sales increased 20.11% from the same period in 2021 of IDR 1.35 trillion,” he mentioned.
Other income of BSDE, which includes the lease revenue of IDR 180.56 billion, also climbed 4.33% from the same period in 2021. The contribution of the lease revenue towards the total revenue of BSDE reached 8.91%.
BSDE’s operating profit reached IDR 630.46 billion, while its current year’s profit amounted to IDR 347.90 billion. These achievements were actually lower than the number reported in the same period last year as it failed to secure contribution from other segments. “In the first three months, the company did not record other income as significant as last year,” Wijaya explained.
