Millenium Pharmacon International to share dividends of IDR 1.27 billion

JAKARTA. PT Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk (SDPC), a pharmaceutical products and food supplements distributor, plans to distribute cash dividends of IDR 1 per share or IDR 1.27 billion in total, which will be taken out of its net profit in 2021.

Mohamad Fazly, Director of SDPC, claimed that the said plan aligns with the General Shareholders Meeting on April 28, 2022. In the said meeting, the shareholders decided to allocate 13.27% of the net profit in 2021 as cash dividends.

Based on idnfinancials.com data, SDPC scored IDR 9.57 billion in net profit last year. The gain was made possible due to its high-performing revenue, reaching IDR 2.98 trillion or 13.05% higher than the same period last year (year-on-year/yoy).

As of December 31, 2021, SDPC kept its retained earnings of IDR 102.49 billion, while managing total equity worth IDR 236.98 billion.

The cum dividend in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled for May 17, 2022, and May 19, 2022 for the cash market. Then, the payment will be disbursed on June 9, 2022.

Pharmaniaga International Corporation Sdn Bhd currently controls 73.43% of SDPC, while PT Danpac Pharma claims another 12.65%. PT Indolife Pensiontama holds 3.36% of the shares, followed by PT Ngrumat Bondo Utomo of 1.86% and public investors of 8.7%. (KR/ZH)
