Mitra Keluarga to channel cash dividends of IDR 36 per share

JAKARTA. PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA) allocates cash dividends of IDR 36 per share, distributing IDR 506.45 billion in total.

This plan has the support from the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of MIKA, which took place yesterday (12/5). In this meeting, the amount of dividend will be equal to 41.17% of the net profit in the fiscal year 2021.

MIKA’s shareholders also decided on allocating IDR 12.39 billion of the 2021 net profit as reserve funds. “The rest of it will be kept as retained earnings to boost the working capital of the company,” the management added in the official statement.

According to idnfinancials.com data, MIKA arrived with a net profit of IDR 1.23 trillion at the end of 2021. This was extracted from the fantastic total revenue of IDR 4.35 trillion.

MIKA’s revenue in 2021 reportedly soared 27.30% from the same period last year (year-on-year/yoy), fueling the net profit to skyrocket 46% yoy.

As of March 31, 2022, PT Griyainsani Cakrasadaya still controls 63.32% of MIKA. Public investors share another 36.60%, while the rest of the shares are divided amongst directors and commissioners of the company. (KR/ZH)
