JAKARTA – Shareholders of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) decided on the cash dividend distribution of IDR 35 per share from its net profit in the fiscal year 2021 of IDR 3.18 trillion. This plan was finalised during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held last week (19/5).
In the meeting treatise quoted Monday (23/5), Lukito Kurniawan Gozali, Corporate Secretary of Kalbe Farma, revealed that the cash dividends will be disbursed to those whose names listed as official sharheolders. “Approximately IDR 31.83 billion will be allocated to reserve funds, while the remaining portion is stored as retained earnings,” he added.
Additionally, shareholders also appointed Rhenald Kasali as its new Independent Commissioner, replacing Lucky Surjadi Slamet. Kasali is widely known as a lecturer in the Faculty of Economy and Business of Universitas Indonesia and the former President Commissioner of Telkom Indonesia. (LK/ZH)
