JAKARTA – The shareholders of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) gave the green light to the management’s decision to distribute cash dividends of IDR 14.85 trillion, which will be taken out from the net profit in 2021 of IDR 24.75 trillion. This approval was out on the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of TLKM held last week (27/5).
In the meeting treatise quoted Thursday (2/6). AVP Reporting and Compliance of Telkom revealed that the cash dividends are equal to 60% of the net profit in 2021, clocking up to IDR 149.965 per share. “The cash dividend will be given out to shareholders recorded in the official list by June 9, 2022,” they announced.
The company will disburse the money on June 30, 2022. The cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to June 7-8, while the cum and ex dividend in the cash market is scheduled on June 9-10, 2022.
TLKM will also utilise another IDR 9.90 trillion or 40% of the total net profit for business expansion. (LK/ZH)
