Unilever sets on final dividends of IDR 84 per share

JAKARTA. The Annual General Shareholders Meeting of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) agreed to distribute final dividends of IDR 84 per share. In conclusion, UNVR’s total dividend to investors for the entire fiscal year 2021 will reach IDR 150 per share.

In 2021, UNVR managed to score a net profit of IDR 5.76 trillion. Meanwhile, its total listed shares in Indonesia Stock Exchange clock up to 38.15 billion units, leading to the profit per share to reach IDR 151. Adding the previously channelled interim dividends of IDR 66 per share, its final dividend is rounded up to IDR 150 per share. In other words, UNVR’s dividend pay out ratio for this year arrives at 99.3%.

Other than the dividend distribution plan, the shareholders meeting that was held yesterday (15/6) also discussed changes in the company’s management in order to solidify the company.

Ira Noviarti, President Director of UNVR, believed that the new composition of Board of Directors would not only bring innovative ideas and suggestions but also new opportunities. These opportunities will allow the company to be the leading corporate in developing a competitive, sustainable, and responsible business.
