Trimitraland projects CapEx to reach IDR 75 billion

JAKARTA – PT Trimitra Propertindo Tbk (LAND) or Trimitraland sets the capital expenditure (CapEx) budget to IDR 75 billion, which will be utilised in advancing the progress of several high-rise building and residential projects this year. Suryadi, President Director of Trimitraland, announced this decision in the public expose quoted Thursday (16/6).

“The company is set on the Hi-Rise project as its primary focus, while still accepting residential projects,” Suryadi said.

The ongoing high-rise building projects are located in the Parkland Avenue, particularly The Avenue tower as the ready-stock project and the Canary tower, as well as the Sahid Hotel in Serpong, Tangerang.

According to Suryadi, his company is optimistic about boosting the sales by 50% att the end of this year compared to the 2021 gains of IDR 14.72 billion. The contributors of LAND’s revenue include the room meeting, incentive, convention, and exhibition (MICE) segment as well as food and beverages (F&B) sector. (LK/ZH)
