JAKARTA – PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) raises its portion in PT Hermina Medikaloka Tbk (HEAL), the managing company of Hermina Hospital network, to 5.43%. Gita Tiffany Boer, Corporate Secretary of Astra International, announced the change in the information disclosure quoted Friday (17/6).
It is mentioned that the company bought another 0.51% of shares, equivalent to 74,980,500 units, in a transaction that had been registered to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) yesterday (16/6). Previously, ASII’s portion was only capped at 4.92% or 734,554,600 shares of HEAL’s shares outstanding.
“The company has reported this activitiy to OJK in respect to a transaction made as a shareholder who possesses over 5% of total shares outstanding,” Boer reaffirmed.
As of May 2022, HEAL’s shares outstanding reaches 14.92 billion units. Its shareholder structure consists of Non Widjaja Kusuma of 7.28%, Soepardiman of 5.09%, Lydia Immanuel of 5.73%, Binsar Simorangkir of 5.82%, Yulisar Khiat of 11.75%, Raden Endjun of 3.63%, Hasmoro of 3.91%, Iskandar Wahidiyat of 2.81%, Husen Sutakaria of 2.9%, Tjiptawati Budiharta of 4.24%, Sudarsono of 1.11%, Soedibjo Toeloes of 4.06%, and the public of 38.42%.
