JAKARTA. PT Duta Pertiwi Tk (DUTI), a property and real estate developer under Sinarmas Group, announced its plan to pay out cash dividends of IDR 703 billion from the net profit in 2021.
Said dividend distribution aligns with the result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held a couple of days earlier. In said meeting, shareholders decided to allocate the entire net profit in 2021 plus 9.10% of the company’s retained earnings as cash dividends.
In 2021, DUTI recorded a net profit of IDR 659.89 billion. Meanwhile, its retained earnings reportedly reached IDR 7.23 trillion in December 2021.
The dividend will be sent out to DUTI’s shareholders whose names have entered the list by the recording date on June 24, 2022. Each share will earn IDR 380 worth of dividend, and will be channelled out on June 30, 2022.
Handoko Wibowo, Director of DUTI, claimed that this dividend distribution is a way to appreciate the shareholders. “Specifying said amount of dividend has put the company’s development plan and cash flow into consideration,” Wibowo stated. (KR/ZH)
