JAKARTA. PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU), an integrated poultry farm company, will pay out cash dividends of IDR 20.96 billion or IDR 1.62 per share.
This plan has been approved by the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of WMUU. In this meeting, held earlier last week, the shareholders gave their consent regarding the allocation of 10% of the 2021 net profit as cash dividends.
The dividend will be sent out to WMUU’s shareholders whose names have entered the shareholders list by the recording date on June 27, 2022. Then, the dividend itself will be paid out on July 15, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, WMUU managed to score IDR 209.26 billion of net profit in the fiscal year 2021. The company also kept its retained earnings of IDR 183.3 billion at the end of December 31, 2021.
PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa is listed as the controlling shareholder of WMUU with an ownership percentage of 76.50%. Then, there are two individual investors, Warsini and Wahyu Andi Susilo, the owner of 4.25% of shares each. Lastly, public investors have the remaining 15%. (KR/ZH)
