JAKARTA – PT Yelooo Integra Datanet Tbk (YELO) will issue 15,302,195,240 shares of IDR 100 each in a rights issue. This plan will be carried out no later than 12 months after the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held yesterday (21/6).
In the information disclosure quoted today (23/6), Rosi Diani, Corporate Secretary of Yelooo Integra Datanet, claimed that the rights issue proceeds will be utilised to solidify the capital structure in order to expand the business into the internet service provider industry with a fibre optic network.
PT Artalindo Semesta Nusantara (ASN), the ultimate shareholders of YELO will grant a loan worth IDR 737.11 billion to YELO. It will then be forwarded to PT Telemedia Komunikasi Pratama (TKP) as a working capital credit.
“The company will channel the rights issue proceeds to TKP, a subsidiary of 99.67% ownership percentage, as a working capital credit,” Diani reiterated.
The company also plans to rent a fibre optic cable network of a maximum IDR 1.47 trillion and pay the deposit for the said asset lease guarantee of IDR 737.11 billion at max. (LK/ZH)
