JAKARTA – PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR), a packaged food manufacturer, will distribute cash dividends of IDR 469.53 billion taken from the 2021 net profit of IDR 1.21 trillion. Yuni Gunawan, Corporate Secretary of Mayora Indah, announced the plan in the treatise of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of MYOR quoted Thursday (30/6).
It is clarified that the dividend will amount to IDR 21 per share and will be given to the owners of 22,358,699,725 shares of the company. The remaining portion of the net profit, amounting to IDR 739.51 billion, will be kept as retained earnings, while another IDR 2 billion will be stored as reserve funds.
The dividend will be disbursed to the shareholders on July 27, 2022, basing the receivers from the Official Shareholders List by the recording date on July 8, 2022. The cum and ex dividend date in the regular and negotiation market is set to July 6-7, 2022, followed by the cash market on July 8 and 11, 2022. (LK/ZH)
