JAKARTA. PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA), a palm plantation company under Sungai Budi Group, will distribute cash dividends of IDR 263.84 billion ot IDR 50 per share.
According to Hardy, Corporate Secretary of TBLA, said decision came out of the Annual Ageneral Shareholders Meeting of the company held late June 2022. In the meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 33.2% of the 2021 net profit as cash dividends.
The dividend will be channelled out to TBLA’s shareholders whose names have entered the Official Shareholders List by July 12, 2022. Then, the cash disbursement will follow on August 2, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, TBLA scored a net profit of IDR 794.72 billion at the end of 2021. Until December 2021, the company recorded retained earnings of IDR 5.04 trillion and total equity of IDR 6.49 trillion.
PT Sungai Budi currently controls 28.08% of TBLA’s shares, followed by PT Budi Delta Swakarya that owns another 27.19%. Santoso Winata and Widarto have 0.04% each, leaving public investors with the remaining 44.65%. (KR/ZH)
