JAKARTA – PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA) successfully obtains a term-loan credit facility worth IDR 450 billion from PT Bank BTPN Tbk (BTPN). The signing of this credit facility agreement took place last week (6/7).
Jerry Fandy Tunjungan, Corporate Secretary of Adi Sarana Armada, said that this facility will be used to purchase new vehicles for the fleet and second-hand vehicles financing. “The newly bought vehicles will be available for rent by customers,” he stated in the information disclosure quoted Monday (11/7).
According to Tunjungan, the new add-ins to the fleet will boost the company’s revenue. In 2021, the company managed to bring in IDR 5.08 trillion of revenue. The vehicle rent, autopool, and driver service segments contributed IDR 1.74 trillion to said revenue, showing 6% growth from the same period in 2020 of IDR 1.63 trillion. The used vehicle sales in 2021 also improved 6.33% from 2020 of IDR 380.56 billion to IDR 404.65 billion.
In March 2022, the company managed to attain a similar type of facility worth IDR 466.18 billion with a fiduciary guarantee. (LK/ZH)
