JAKARTA – PT Esta Utama Corpora (EUC) places another investment worth IDR 136.82 billion and secures additional 12.56% for its ownership percentage in PT Esta Multi Usaha Tbk (ESTA), a company in the tourism, restaurant, and hospitality industry. Suryanto Witono, Director of ESTA, confirmed the news in the information disclosure quoted today (11/7).
“The transaction price is set to IDR 100 per share, involving 1,368,250,000 shares traded on June 23, 2022,” Witono further revealed.
ECU is ESTA’s controlling shareholder, owning 68.17% of the shares. After this transaction, its percentage rises to 80.73%. It is equivalent to 1,797,750,000 shares of the entire issued and paid-up capital of the company of 2,226,330,599 shares.
ESTA’s other shareholders are PT Esta Dana Ventura with 3.08% of the shares and the public with the remaining 16.19%. (LK/ZH)
