JAKARTA – PT Indosterling Sarana Investa (ISI) divested 4.41% of its portion in PT Indosterling Technomedia (TECH) in a repo transaction earlier last week (14/7).
In the information disclosure quoted Tuesday (19/7), Devin Christopher, Corporate Secretary of Indosterling Technomedia, revealed that the traded shares amounted to 42,044,900 units worth IDR 7,375 per share. “The percentage of its shares after the transaction is down to 72.46% from the prior portion of 75.81%,” he added.
In other words, the number of shares is also depleted from 952,393,100 units to 910,348,200 units. Cumulatively, the transaction value reached IDR 310 billion.
Until June 2022, TECH’s total shares reportedly clocked up to 1,256,800,000 shares, 75.81% of which belonged to ISI, leaving the remaining 24.15% to the public. (LK/ZH)
