JAKARTA - PT Colorpak Indonesia Tbk (CLPI) today held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) and approved the agenda for the distribution of dividends for the 2021 fiscal year.
CLPI will distribute cash dividends of 50% of the total net profit for the 2021 financial year or amounting to IDR 21,815,062,059. Thus, shareholders will receive a dividend of IDR71.21 per share.
For information, the company's sales in 2021 increased 8.5% to IDR838.1 billion from IDR772.3 billion in 2020. Sales volume also increased 2.3% yoy.
The company's gross profit was recorded at Rp98.2 billion, down 12.4% and net profit increased by 19.5% to Rp43.6 billion. (LM)
