JAKARTA. PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), an energy provider under PT Pertamina (Persero), plans to distribute cash dividends of IDR 54.37 billion or IDR 7.45 per share.
This plan is a result of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of ELSA held last Wednesday (20/7). In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 50% of the company’s net profit in 2021 as cash dividends.
“It will be disbursed no later than 30 days after the decision was made during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting,” the management confirmed in the official release.
According to idnfinancials.com data, ELSA posted a net profit of IDR 108.74 billion in 2021. This amount was successfully squeezed out of the revenue in 2021 that reached IDR 8.14 trillion.
Until March 31, 2022, Pertamina, through PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, is still listed as the controller of 51.10% of ELSA’s shares. The remaining 48.90% are shared among public investors. (KR/ZH)
