JAKARTA - PT Pertamina Power Indonesia as Subholding Power & New Renewable Energy Pertamina (Pertamina NRE) recorded a positive performance throughout 2021, as stated in the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) for the 2021 financial year which was held on Wednesday (8/6).
In terms of financial performance, Pertamina NRE showed positive performance by successfully posting consolidated revenues, net income and EBITDA of USD 370,984 thousand, USD 81,635 thousand, and USD 277,390 thousand, respectively. Consolidated revenue reached 105 percent, consolidated net profit reached 114 percent, and EBITDA reached 107 percent against the 2021 RKAP.
"This positive performance cannot be separated from the solid team work at Pertamina NRE and the support provided by shareholders and stakeholders so that we focus on realizing the energy transition mandated by Pertamina," said Pertamina NRE Corporate Secretary, Dicky Septriadi.
A number of milestones have been achieved by Pertamina NRE throughout 2021, including the signing of a head of agreement (HoA) with other Pertamina subholdings related to the energy transition within Pertamina. Pertamina NRE also succeeded in realizing the commercial operation date (COD) of the Sei Mangkei solar power plant (PLTS) with a capacity of 2 MWp and PLTS RU Cilacap with a capacity of 1.34 MWp. (LM)
