JAKARTA. PT Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk (AMAN), an industrial property and real estate developer, announced its plan to distribute cash dividends of IDR 1.94 billion, split into IDR 0.5 per share.
Adi Saputra Tedja Surya, President Director of AMAN, claimed that said plan was concocted during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting held earlier this week. Said meeting called for allocating 5.8% of the 2021 net profit as cash dividends.
The cash dividend will be channelled to AMAN’s shareholders whose names have been recorded in the official list by August 4, 2022. The dividend disbursement will then follow on August 26, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com record, AMAN reported scoring a net profit of IDR 33.52 billion in 2021. At the end of the fiscal year, the company also posted retained earnings of IDR 155.26 billion and total equity of IDR 619.31 billion.
Until March 31, 2022, PT Griya Prima Amanda still controlled 81.55% of AMAN’s shares. Siauw Jennice Maria owned another 2.95%, followed by Johan Tedja Surya of 0.40% and public investors of 15.10%. (KR/ZH)
