JAKARTA – PT DSST Dana Gemilang recently finished the disbursement of investment worth USD 200 million in PT Elang Andalan Nusantara (EAN). Susan Chandra, Corporate Secretary of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA), confirmed the news in the information disclosure quoted today (11/8).
It was mentioned that this investment is a manifestation of the collaboration towards digital business expansion. After this transaction, Dana Gemilang now earns the spot of a shareholder of EAN, whose subsidiary, PT Espay Debit Indonesia Koe, is the owner of the renowned financial technology platform, DANA.
“The collaboration is expected to bring significant impact to the existing digital ecosystem of the company,” Chandra added.
Dana Gemilang is listed as an indirect subsidiary of DSSA. The transaction was settled yesterday (10/8). (LK/ZH)
