Reaching fifth year of inactivity, Dyandra Media’s subsidiary to be dissolved

JAKARTA. PT Dyandra Amaradana, one of many subsidiaries of PT Dyandra Media International Tbk (DYAN), has been liquidated as it has been inoperative for the last five years.

Mirna Gozal, Corporate Secretary of DYAN, confirmed that Dyandra Amaradana is a business entity indirectly owned by the company through PT Dyandra Promosindo. The total investment spent on Dyandra Amaradana reached IDR 2.43 billion in December 2021.

The percentage of Dyandra Amaradana’s stock owned by DYAN through Dyandra Promosindo is 19%. “There is no financial impact borne by the company by dissolving Dyandra Amaradana,” Gozal revealed in the disclosure page in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Based on idnfinancials.com data, Dyandra Promosindo is DYAN’s subsidiary with an ownership percentage of 99.56%. Dyandra Promosindo has been commercially running since 1994 and has been involved in an event organizing industry since then. Dyandra Promosindo’s total assets until June 30, 2022, reached IDR 288.75 billion.

Until June 30, 2022, DYAN’s consolidated assets reportedly arrived at IDR 1.05 trillion, while its total equity amounted to IDR 486.01 billion. (KR/ZH)
