JAKARTA – PT Ekagrata Data Gemilang (EDG) is granted fresh funds of IDR 70.11 billion by PT Indointernet Tbk (EDGE), the owner of Indonet, which will be utilised as capital expenditure.
“The capital expenditure is taken out of Indonet’s capital investment as a parent company [of EDG],” Donauly Elena Situmorang, Director of Indonet, explained in the information disclosure quoted Friday (19/8).
Said amount of money consists of IDR 70 billion from EDGE and IDR 117 million from Otto Toto Sugiri, another shareholder of the company.
According to Situmorang, this transaction is intended to sustain the ownership percentage of EDGE in EDG at 99.83%. (LK/ZH)
