BUMI saw 129.62% revenue growth in H1 2022

JAKARTA – PT Bumi Resources concluded the first half of 2022 strongly with 129.62% revenue growth from the same period last year. This achievement subsequently boosted the current year’s profit from USD 6.43 million to USD 178.44 million.

Quoting the Financial Statement of H1 2022 today (1/9), Adika N. Bakrie, President Director of Bumi Resources, claimed that its revenue clocked up to USD 968.68 million, shifting from USD 421.86 million in H1 2021. Its gross profit also soared from USD 80.13 million to USD 213.72 million.

The highest contributor of the revenue was domestic coal sales of USD 509.05 million, multiplying from USD 186.73 million. Then, coal export came second, increasing from USD 229 million to USD 454.09 million. Gold sales also contributed USD 4.88 million, also climbing from USD 3.52 million, followed by services that generated USD 650 thousand, being corrected massively from USD 2.6 million.

The users with over 10% contribution to the revenue included Rwood Resources DMCC that brought in USD 275.27 million, followed by PLN with USD 189.09 million and PT Jhonlin Group of USD 186.99 million. (LK/ZH)
