Bank Victoria to issue NCD of IDR 220 billion

JAKARTA. PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (BVIC) has issued Negotiable Certificate of Deposit (NCD) with a total face value of IDR 220 billion, equipped with the highest discount rate of 6.50% per annum.

Said NCD has been registered in Indonesia Central Securities Depository under the title Series A and B of NCD of Bank Victoria Year 2022. Series A is worth IDR 60 billion, while the principal of series B amounts to IDR 160 billion.

Both series of NCD will commence its distribution today, September 1, 2022. Series A NCD will be offered with a discount rate of 6% per year, while Series B’s discount rate is set to 6.50% per year. Each series has a tenor of 9 months and 12 months, respectively.

Based on idnfinancials.com data, BVIC recorded net profit growth of 120% in the first half of 2022, bringing it to IDR 71.12 billion. This massive achievement in net profit was propelled by the net interest income of BVIC, which reached IDR 313.29 billion in H1 2022, proliferating 126% year-on-year (yoy).

Meanwhile, the third party funds of BVIC also increased 4.97% yoy to IDR 18.07 trillion at the end of the first half of 2022. Thankfully, this small growth entailed a sufficient credit channeling rate, which was indicated through the non-performing loan (NPL) ratio that remained stable at 3.10%. (KR/ZH)
