JAKARTA. PT Multipolar Technology Tbk (MLPT), one of business entities under Lippo Group, plans to distribute interim dividend of IDR 290.6 billion or IDR 155 per share later this month.
Wiriawaty Chandra, Corporate Secretary Officer of MLPT, claimed that this arrangement was decided by the board of directors of the company. “It had been approved by our Board of Commissioners on September 5, 2022,” Chandra added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
This interim dividend will be sent out to MLPT’s shareholders whose names have entered the Official Shareholders List by September 16, 2022, at 4 PM WIB. Then, the actual disbursement will follow on September 23, 2022.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, MLPT recorded a net profit of IDR 296.5 billion at the end of the first half of 2022. Its retained earnings also clocked up to IDR 550 billion.
Until June 30, 2022, approximately 86.94% of MLPT’s shares are unde the control of Lippo Group through PT Multipolar Tbk (MLPL). Then, another 5.62% goes to PT First Media TBk (KBLV), while PT Tyrane Saptajagat owns another 0.01%, leaving public investors the remaining 7.43%. (KR/ZH)
