JAKARTA. PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK), also known as Emtek, announces its plan to channel out interim dividend worth IDR 304.99 billion or IDR 5 per share.
According to Titi Maria Rusli, Corporate Secretary of Emtek, the interim dividend distribution plan follows the decision made by the board of directors last week. “It had also been approved by our Board of Commissioners on September 5, 2022,” she added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The interim dividend will be paid out to Emtek’s shareholders whose names have been listed by the recording date on September 19, 2022. The actual disbursement will take place the next week, on September 27, 2022.
Until June 30, 2022, Emtek posted a net profit of IDR 2.7 trillion. Then, by the end of the first half of 2022, the company reported retained earnings of IDR 7.37 trillion and total equity of IDR 39.07 trillion. (KR/ZH)
