JAKARTA - PT Bundamedik Tbk (BMHS), Indonesia's leading integrated health service ecosystem, today held an Annual Public Expose to explain the company's business strategies and priorities.
Throughout semester 1 2022, the number of hospitals in the BMHS ecosystem grew almost double (YoY). To date, BMHS has successfully added 4 new hospitals, namely RSIA Azzahra Palembang, RSU Citra Harapan Bekasi, RSIA Pusura Tegalsari Surabaya, and RSJP Paramarta Bandung. Bed growth also increased by 54% from 414 beds in 1H2021 to 639 in 1H2022
Now, BMHS has become an integrated ecosystem that includes 9 Bunda Group Hospitals, 10 Morula IVF clinics, 126 fertility satellite clinics, Indonesian Fertility Clinics, 40 Pathology and Genomic Diagnostics Laboratory, more than 150 primary service clinic networks, Smart Clinic, ER Medical Evacuation team, and IMTB medical tourism services.
The hospital expansion target has been met in 1H2022, Morula IVF and Diagnos will continue their expansion plans for 2022.
Entering the transition period to endemic accompanied by normalized income from COVID-19, the performance of BMHS's main business lines continues to strengthen. In general, during semester 1 2022, BMHS was able to maintain an increase in non-COVID revenues with growth of 9% (YoY). When compared to the pre-pandemic period, to be precise in the 1st semester of 2019, BMHS' consolidated revenue during the 1st semester of 2022 was recorded to have increased by 55%. (LM)
