JAKARTA. PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (BSSR) plans to distribute interim dividend of USD 100 million or approximately USD 0.03822 per share at the end of this month.
Bueno Jurnalis, Corporate Secretary of BSSR, mentioned that this plan follows the decision made by the board of directors of the company. “It had also been approved by the board of commissioners on September 12, 2022,” Jurnalis announced in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
The interim dividend will be disbursed to BSSR’s shareholders whose names have entered the official list by the recording date on September 23, 2022. Then, the payment itself would be made on September 30, 2022.
According to idnfinancials.com data, BSSR posted a net profit of USD 128.54 million in the first half of 2022. Then, the company also recorded retained earnings of USD 230.03 million and total equity of USD 306.25 million at the end of June 2022. (KR/ZH)
