Delivery via Anteraja app automatically receive insurance

JAKARTA – PT Tri Adi Bersama (Anteraja), a logistics startup which is a subsidiary of PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk ("ASSA") continues to make efforts to improve the quality of goods delivery services for loyal customers. Along with the increase in delivery through the application, in September 2022 Anteraja improved its application by providing shipping insurance services.

Starting September 2022, every shipment through the Anteraja Application will automatically receive protection insurance at no additional cost and receive coverage of up to IDR 500,000. If the customer needs a higher protection, only by adding a fee of IDR 500, the customer can already get the coverage value of up to IDR 10,000,000.

“We are aware that every package sent is valuable and has a certain value. Besides always working hard in maintaining security in every shipping process, we take steps to bring insurance features to provide protection to customers due to risks that may occur," said Andri Hidayat as Vice President Sales & Marketing Anteraja

Insurance services are provided to minimize the risk of shipping that may occur, such as damaged goods. In addition to ensuring product safety during the process of shipping goods, insurance will also provide protection against damage.

Currently, Anteraja insurance can be used for deliveries with Regular, Next Day, Same Day and Cargo service options. In the future, Anteraja plans to expand the coverage of insurance services for shipping options via Drop-Off and Frozen. In addition to releasing insurance services, Anterja has also made efforts to optimize services through the development of new payment options through the Payment on Delivery (PayOD) feature.
