JAKARTA - The government through the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) as the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Pertamina (Persero) has changed the composition of the Commissioners and Directors of PT Pertamina (Persero). Rida Mulyana was appointed as one of Pertamina's Commissioners, Erry Widiastono as Director of Logistics and Infrastructure of PT Pertamina (Persero), and Atep Salyadi Dariah Saputra as Director of Strategy, Portfolio and Business Development (SPPU) of PT Pertamina (Persero).
The Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina (Persero), Brahmantya S. Poerwadi said that as one of the authorities of the shareholders, the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) has determined the composition of Pertamina's new commissioners and directors.
In the Decree, the shareholders also honorably dismissed Ego Syahrial from the position of Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero), Mulyono from the position of Director of Logistics and Infrastructure and Iman Rachman from the position of Director of SPPU PT Pertamina (Persero). (LM)
