JAKARTA. PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP) will issue Shelf-Registration Bonds II Phase II Year 2022 of IDR 2.181 trillion and Shelf-Registration Sukuk Mudharabah II Phase II Year 2022 of IDR 1.01 trillion.
The bonds and sukuk will be offered by INKP in three series. The highest coupon rate for the bonds is capped at 10.25% per annum, while the highest yield rate for the sukuk is set to 27.71% of the shared profit.
The public offering period for these bonds and sukuk is scheduled to last from October 5 to 6, 2022. Then, the electronic distribution of these securities will take place on October 11, 2022, followed by the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on October 12, 2022.
For the record, the forthcoming bonds and sukuk mudharabah have received an “idA+” and “idA+(sy)” from Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo), a local security rating agency. (KR/ZH)
