JAKARTA – PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk (HEXA) allocates USD 44.06 billion as cash dividends, taking it out of the net profit collected at the end of its fiscal year on March 31, 2022.
Quoting the information disclosure Friday (23/9), Listiana A. Kurniawati, Corporate Secretary of Hexindo, confirmed that 80% of the net profit will be disbursed to shareholders as cash dividend, which is equal to approximately USD 0.5425 per share. “Said decision was approved by shareholders who represent 725,905,721 shares or 99.70% of the entire participants of Annual General Shareholders Meeting,” she added.
Until March 2022, HEXA scored a comprehensive profit of USD 55.86 million, total assets of USD 304.64 million, and total equity of USD 159.70 million.
The cash dividend distribution is scheduled for October 21, 2022. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation markets are set to September 29-30, 2022, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on October 3-4, 2022. (LK/ZH)
