JAKARTA – Melicia Patricia increases the amount of her investment in PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk (CLEO) by IDR 121.34 billion. Patricia is also known as the Vice President Director of CLEO, who initially owned only 0.77% of the company’s shares.
In the information disclosure quoted Monday (26/9), Lukas Setio Wongso, Corporate Secretary of CLEO, confirmed that Patricia has purchased 269.65 million shares worth IDR 450 each. “Her portion after the transaction now consists of 362 million shares or 3,017% from the initial 92.35 million units,” he added. The transaction took place last week (19/9) under the indirect stock ownership status.
For the record, the members of the Board of Directors of CLEO who also own some portions in said company include Belinda Natalia, Eko Susilo Neo, Firdauf Achmad, Lukas Setio Wongso, and Toto Sucartono (LK/ZH)
