JAKARTA. PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) will channel interim dividend worth IDR 3.05 trillion for the fiscal year 2022, equivalent to IDR 818 per share.
Sara K. Loebis, Corporate Secretary of United Tractors, claimed that based on the circular decision of the Board of Commissioners of UNTR, which acts as the substitute of the decision usually made during the meeting of the Board of Commissioners, the management gave this interim dividend distribution plan the green light. “The Board of Commissioners had approved the decision of the Board of Directors of the company on October 22, 2022, to give and pay interim dividend to the shareholders for this fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2022,” she explained in detail.
The amount of interim dividend that will be distributed clocks up to IDR 3,051,250,51,248.00, or IDR 818 per share. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to October 4 and 5, 2022. Meanwhile, the cum and ex dividend in the cash market is set to October 6 and 7, 2022. The recording date will fall on October 6, 2022, listing those who are eligible for the dividends that will be disbursed on October 24, 2022.
Loebis reaffirmed that this interim dividend distribution will not affect the business activities of UNTR.
Based on the financial report as of June 30, 2022, UNTR recorded net revenue of IDR 60.4 trillion, shifting 62% year-on-year (yoy) from IDR 37.31 trillion in H1 2021. Likewise, its net profit proliferated 129% yoy from IDR 4.51 trillion to IDR 10.35 trillion. (AM/ZH)
