JAKARTA. PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) has issued Long-term Sukuk Wakalah Bi Al-Istismar I Year 2022 without public offering.
Based on the information collected from the Indonesia Central Securities Depository, the trading or book-entry unit of the said sharia securities is set to IDR 50 billion. The distribution of the sukuk will take place today (28/9).
The proft-sharing will be disbursed every three months, meaning that the first round is scheduled for December 28, 2022. With a tenor of 15 years, these securities will mature by September 28, 2037.
The company has assigned PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) as the monitoring agent of this sukuk issuance. Meanwhile, PT Mandiri Sekuritas will act as the lead arranger.
