JAKARTA. PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), through one of its subsidiaries, PT Margautama Nusantara, takes over 40% of PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek (JJC) from PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR).

Margautama Nusantara, as the buyer, and JSMR, as the divester, have signed the Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement regarding the acquisition of 40% of JJC. “The buyer and the seller are in the process of fulfilling the prerequisites, targeting the completion of the transaction on October 10, 2022,” the management of META, announced in the public disclosure.

The number of JJC’s shares acquired by Margautama Nusantara will be equal to 2,265,778 shares. They both have agreed on the price of IDR 4.39 trillion.
