JAKARTA. PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) has provided a capital injection of IDR 41.54 billion to one of its subsidiaries, namely PT Sumber Indah Lestari (SIL).
"The [capital increase] transaction is carried out with the aim of maintaining the company's ownership percentage," wrote AMRT Management, in an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
After injecting the capital, AMRT's share ownership in SIL remains at 92.31%. Meanwhile, the remaining 7.69% of SIL's stake is owned by PT Amanda Cipta Persada.
According to data from idnfinancials.com, SIL is an AMRT business entity that has been operating commercially since 2013. SIL runs a cosmetics trading business and has a total asset of IDR 303.94 billion.
Meanwhile, as of June 30, 2022, AMRT had cash and cash equivalents of IDR 1.19 trillion. The company's total assets are recorded at IDR 28.9 trillion and total equity of IDR 9.48 trillion. (KR/LM)
