JAKARTA - PT Nusa Raya Propertindo (NRP), Bogor based property developer, is facing a lawsuit from PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) for the Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU).
According to the website of the Central Jakarta District Court, Monday (10/10), BRIS filed a PKPU lawsuit with case number 258/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2022/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst on (29/9). In its lawsuit, the District Court was asked to assign a PKPU for 45 days to the NRP since the verdict was read by the Panel of Judges.
There is no mention of the material value submitted by BRIS for the lawsuit.
It is known that NRP is the developer of the Bogorienze Hotel Resort in the Bogor Nirwana Residence area, West Java. This BRIS debtor was once led by Lukman Purnomo Sidi, former Chairman of DPP Real Estate Indonesia (REI) and President Director of PT Eureka Prima Jakarta Tbk (LGCP). (LK/LM)
