JAKARTA – The shareholders of PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk (BRAU) appointed Condro Kirono as Independent Commissioner during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting last week (7/10).
In the minute of the meeting quoted Tuesday (11/10), BRAU is said to have two Independent Commissioners now by adding Condro Kirono alongside Deswandhy Agusman. With this new addition, the structure of commissioners of BRAU now consists of Bambang Heruawan Haliman as the President Commissioner, Edy Santoso as Vice President Commissioner, and Darmono as Commissioner.
Kirono is known as former Indonesian police, who had taken office as Head of Traffic Corps of National Police, Head of Central Java Regional Police, and Head of Security Maintenance Agency of National Police, retiring as Commissioner-General.
After serving the nation by becoming a police, the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) assigned him the position of Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero) in 2019 and Independent Commissioner of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in 2021. (LK/ZH)
