JAKARTA. PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek (JJC), one of many subsidiaries of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR), recently scored a loan facility of IDR 115 billion.
Said loan facility was given by PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT). The management of JSMR confirmed that this facility is categorised as an affiliate transaction, as JTT is also another subordinate company of Jasa Marga.
“JTT and JJC are both are under direct control of the company,” the management of JSMR mentioned.
Next, this facility will be utilised by JJC to enhance its cash supply. “It is to meet the needs for cash deficiency support of JJC in 2022, as well as fund other operational needs,” the management continued.
According to idnfinancials.com data, JSMR currently controls 99.19% of JTT. Meanwhile, JSMR also owns 40% of JJC. Another 40% belongs to JTT, and PT Ranggi Sugironperkasa claims the remaining 20%. (KR/ZH)
