JAKARTA. Two subsidiaries of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte) and PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo), reportedly obtains a credit facility worth IDR 500 billion from PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (BNII).
This credit facility agreement was signed yesterday (11/10), putting Iforte and Protelindo as the debtors and BNII as the sole creditor.
This facility agreement will mature on the next 12 months from October 11, 2022. However, the management of TOWR does not publicly disclose the interest rate applied by BNII for this said credit facility.
“The purpose of this facility is to fulfil the general and operational needs of the debtors,” Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of TOWR, explained.
Based on idnfinancials.com data, TOWR only recorded cash of IDR 769.241 billion until June 30, 2022. However, its total assets reached IDR 63.37 trillion, while its equity clocked up to IDR 12.92 trillion. (KR/ZH)
